Music can be heard from the inside the house and at sometimes it can be loud, even inside. Music lasts until 11pm or Midnight

Please note entry into home is shared with unit 1. Suite 3 is located on the second floor of the home. It has a private bath, with a tiled shower and a full kitchen space. The living room has 55” Vizio smart TV and sofa converts to a futon. The sleeping quarters are located in the loft. The full bed and the two twin beds are located in the loft area. Access to main home is shared with unit 1. Off-street parking is available. On street parking in front of house available, however there is a Maximum 2 hour parking M-F 9am - 5pm. Fireplace is non-operational and for decorational purposes only. NOTE: This apartment is part of a larger listing.
